Returns and claims

All returns must be accompanied by an Authorized Return number (AR) issued by the
Returns Co-ordinator. All requests for authorized returns must be submitted within
15 days of receiving the products. A 15% returnto-stock fee will be applied to all
refused returns and products. All returns must be paid for in advance. To be
credited with the return, a copy of the invoice and packing slip must be included
with the returned products.  No returns will be accepted without a valid AR number.

All items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted
more than 30 days after the invoice date in any case. Merchandise that has been
washed or printed with any kind of motif, logo or text will not be accepted for return.
Claims for defective products must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.
All products will be inspected for misuse or mishandling, according to our
guarantee/return policy. All returns must be accompanied by an Authorized Return
number. No return will be accepted after 30 days. If, in error, we send you the wrong
style, size or colour, we will exchange the products as long as they are in their original
packaging and are not soiled, damaged or altered. No item can be exchanged 30 days
after the invoice date.

émis par le coordonnateur des retours. Toute demande d’autorisation de retour doit
être soumise dans les 15 jours suivant la réception des produits.  Des frais de remise
en stock de 15 % s’appliquent à tout retour ou produit refusé. Tous les retours doivent
être payés à l’avance. Pour obtenir un crédit, vous devez joindre un exemplaire de la
facture et du bordereau d’expédition aux produits retournés. Aucun retour ne sera
accepté sans numéro AR valide.  Les articles retournés doivent être dans leur emballage
d’origine.

En aucun cas les retours seront-ils acceptés apres 30 jours suivant la date de facturation.
Nous n’acceptons pas les retours de marchandise lavée ou ornée de motif, de logo ou de
texte quelconque. Les réclamations de produits défectueux doivent être soumises dans les
30 jours suivant la date de facturation. Les produits seront inspectés contre toute mauvais
usage ou manutention, selon notre politique de garantie.  Tout retour doit être accompagné
d’un numéro d’autorisation de retour. Aucun retour ne sera accepté après 30 jours. Si par
erreur, nous vous envoyons les mauvais styles, tailles ou couleurs, nous échangerons les
produits en autant qu’ils soient dans leur emballage d’origine et qu’ils ne soient ni souillés ni
endommagés ni modifiés. Aucun article ne peut être échangé après 30 jours suivant la date
